New Portal System Migration Complete

Most companies these days have Websites Support Systems or portals. Since it’s our business to create, maintain, migrate, and update Portals because the tool is failing to fulfill its goals or to have the desired impact on the organization. I am happy to say we’ve figured this out at Dsolution. With the launch of Dsolution Support Portals, our Support Portal / Support System, in 2011, we were able to deliver a tool that allows users to easily access the expertise, information, and business applications they need to do their job.

Because Dsolution Support Portals are built on Kayako Fusion, it’s easy to collaborate, create work flows, share information, and most importantly, find information, people, and expertise. In the last year, two of our new customers told me they weren’t used to being able to rely on an intranet to get up-to-date information and to actually perform a portion of their jobs within the tool. I told them that we actually designed Dsolution Support Portals to replace other systems or functions that were less productive, less secure, and cumbersome to find and access current data (including e-mail and file shares).
